1. Orders & Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion — for example, in the case of pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will be notified and refunded in full.

2. Product Description

We take great care in describing and photographing each product. However, as many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects but a reflection of their artisanal nature.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Items that are made to order or customised are non-returnable, unless found to be faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at contact@iinfynii.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact contact@iinfynii.com within the applicable return period with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are covered by IINFYNII.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, as most of our pieces are made to order or reserved in very limited quantities.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. IINFYNII is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, product designs, and imagery on this website are the exclusive property of IINFYNII and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of France. By using this website, you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
